Fighters are always taking it to next level, mentally and physically. They are always ready for a challenge and don’t take shortcuts. Most of our fighters are already following their programs from our strength and conditioning coach Graeme Morris and having their diet sorted out by Kristof Szanto. He is already back on the mats and available for privates. Another trainer landing in Sydney on Wednesday is Luis, after a short trip to Brazil for family reasons, our head coach is coming back this week. Two back, one to go...

Dear students, our main priority at SRG is not to bring new students but to keep the ones we have. We know sometimes it feels hard to be heard or might be intimidating approaching your trainers or the grumpy guy at the front desk but we would love hearing back from you for any suggestions to improve the gym. If you feel like we’ve been lacking in a few things or simply would like...
