Starting on the 15th of September, our trainer Luis Cajaiba will be taking a new class every Friday at 4:30pm. If you attended one of our regular sparring classes before, you know that our rounds start with Muay Thai, then boxing and we end with some solid clinching. Last year we created a beginners clinch lesson to better prepare our students and earlier this year a beginner sparring session with drills and free sparring, now it’s time to put it all together in a beginners sparring and clinch session. Cajaiba is already teaching some classes and if you met him...

MEMBERSHIP PRICE RISE Q&A
Apparently our last email was a bit confusing, in order to make it easier, below are a few things to keep in mind about our membership price rise. Q: Who will be affected by the price rise? A: Old students that are paying less than $50 for 2 classes per week or less than $55 for unlimited classes per week and NEW members that sign up AFTER the 18th of September. If you are already paying $50 for 2 classes per week or $55/60 for unlimited classes per week, then your membership will remain the same. Q: How do I...

Membership price rise
Bills are getting more expensive and the cost of running a busines in Sydney is through the roof and here at SRG it’s not any different. From the 18th of September our prices will go up and for the first time and it will also affect our current members. If you have an old account, you saw years of price rises with an unaltered membership fee on your end and now it’s time to adjust those fees to the service we offer. The minimum membership fee payment from the 18th of September for adults will be $50 per week. If...

Free week trial
Winter is here and the coldest season of the year always makes classes quieter and people less enthusiastic about joining a new fitness routine. It’s not a surprise, after all it is hard even for the best of us. Who doesn’t like enjoying the comfort of our own homes after a long day at work? We are also well aware that it takes a lot to start something new and it requires a little bit of encouragement to take the first step so we decided to help you out. Starting next week on the 31st of July until the end...

King’s birthday – Public holiday
It’s time for yet another public holiday on the 12th of June and as per usual, in our eyes, a good day is only good if you trained Muay Thai. Even though we won’t start our week with a full timetable, you will still be able to join us for a Muay Thai class. If you are keen to join us for a lesson, our Thai Boxing all levels is on at 12pm! Make sure to bring your gloves, shin pads and be at the gym on time. SOOT RAAENG GEERT

SRG4Life Sparring Day – 17/06/2023
You’ve been asking for another SRG internal sparring day and we finally have a date! On the 17th of June our sparring day is back and this time things will be quite different. From our understanding, sparring days is the first step for anyone interested in representing the SRG fight team in an official fight and there’s no better way to be prepared than having the whole experience of pre-fight before stepping in the ring in a match that will not count to your record than in our upcoming event. To be able to compete in Australia in any amateur...

Stamp Fairtex seminar
Stamp Fairtex is coming to Sydney and we wouldn’t miss out the opportunity to bring one of the most popular Muay Thai fighters in the world sharing her techniques here at SRG. If you follow Muay Thai regularly, you most likely saw Stamp flexing around with her shiny One Championship belts and now it’s your opportunity to learn from her and take some photos with this super chrastimastic Nak Muay. Firstly we would like to say a big thanks to our sponsors Immico Consultancy and Dial-A-Painter whose are financially supporting this event. Your support is really appreciated. If you didn’t...
