Thaiboxing.online is already available to all of our active members who contacted us via email and soon enough Ethos Performance will be sending out their strength and conditioning program to all of our students.

In the meantime, due to the bad weather, we will be organising Zoom classes like we had last year. The timetable for these classes will be available on Ptminder to make it easier for all of our students book in. The links to access these classes will be posted in our closed Facebook group.

Emails are a great and easy way for us to reach you all but as we know most of you do not check your inbox as much as you keep an eye on your social media. If you already have access to Thaiboxing.online, you should check our Zoom workout sessions area, full home workouts are available and we definitely recommend our students to follow these workouts and keep up their training up to date.

We are trying to be the most creative as possible and if you have any ideas to help us out, feel free to contact us.
