Beginners sparring Classes
Our beginners sparring class is the perfect session to prepare you to join our all levels sparring.
In this class you will be learning techniques and drills to both attack and defend while sparring, all under the guidance of one of our trainers.
This session aims to prepare you physically and mentally to the challenges faced in free sparring. Afterall, in free sparring the most important thing is knowing how to protect yourself at all times and also create opportunities to work in either your hands, kicks or even engage in clinch. Through repetition, we are confident in better shaping our beginners students to step up a level when joining our harder classes.
