We are hoping to see our students fighting for multiple belts this year and we just got confirmation of a second belt fight for the month of February.

Our fighter Marina Verissimo will be fighting for the WBC Super Flyweight National title on the 18th of February at MTL A League of Their Own in QLD and we couldn’t be more excited for this matchup.

She will be fighting against Devina Martin from Muay U. They previously fought on nationals and then once again for the WBC NSW State title which Marina came out victorious.  So far their record against each other is 1-1.

Also fighting for the first time representing the SRG Fight Team is Allegra Vickas. Allegra came from Alice Springs to SRG for the first time last year to fight in our Yokkao Next Generation event and felt at home straight away.  We are very happy to welcome her to the team.

As announced before, Dori Duncan is also fighting on the same card. She was the first SRG fighter to have a confirmed match and we hope she does well. She fought at the last “A League of Their Own” event and had a great performance having her first win representing SRG.
