Our sparring day was once again great, and we really enjoyed seeing new people stepping out of their comfort zones.
The goal behind our sparring day is to find prospects to join the amateur rankings of Muay Thai in NSW.
Some students looked ready to step up to the challenge, while others who aren’t quite ready yet, gained valuable insight into what they need to improve.
As usual, the uniforms and medals looked great, and Michel Ogosh captured all the action through his lens. Photos are now available, and you can check them out at the following link:

Should we have another sparring day before the end of the year? We’re ending the year strong with all our professional fighters busy throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. We’re also hosting an AM/PRO event here at SRG at the end of November, so keep an eye on our social media for all the updates from your favourite Muay Thai gym.
