On the 6th of November we will be doing our second SRG Sparring Day of the year and all the members are most welcome to participate.

Only registered students will be matched. No previous fight experience is required, we only require that you have been doing our sparring classes for at least a few months. this is a great opportunity for students who want to try out their skills in a safe environment.

Our head coach Luis Regis will be the matchmaker and a 5kg gap limit will be respected. All the participants must wear 18oz gloves, mouthguard, shin pads, groin guard and head gear (18oz Gloves and head gear can be provided by the gym) . Bouts will be in the 3 rounds of 2 minutes format.

The cost to participate is $10 for participants and $20 for spectators. All the funds raised will be used to help out our young fighters with their travelling expenses to compete once restrictions are lifted.
