Another lockdown kicks in today at 11:59pm on four local government areas including Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and the City of Sydney are subject to the lockdown measures.

There are only four reasons to leave home under the new measures, being to work or study, to exercise outdoors, to provide or seek care and to buy essential goods. Unfortunately the gym will be closed until further notice, this is a very sad moment for all of us but our families, staff and students safety is the main priority.

We truly hope this new lock-down does not last and that the new strain spread gets under control with these measures.  As everything just happened we are not 100% sure what the rules are but we will be finding out today or tomorrow if we can still run outdoor classes like we did in the past. We appreciate the support of our students in this difficult time.
