Dear students, we apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately we will need to change our timetable for Thursday the 10th of November.

Our gym has been selected to be used on a TV Show by Paramount plus and our facilities will be closed from 9am until 5pm.

This is a great opportunity for the gym and we can’t wait to see our much loved home on the screens.

Please see below the available classes on Thursday 10/11:

• Thai Boxing All Levels 6:30am – 7:30am
• Thai Boxing All Levels 6:30pm – 7:30pm
• Sparring All Levels 7:30pm – 8:30pm
