Finally a day with good weather and no issues for our outdoor classes. Apparently the weather should be good for the next few days, so now it’s time to make the most of our outdoor classes.

Classes are available every day at 10am, 12:30pm and 4pm. Booking through the app is mandatory and these classes are open only for active members. Tomorrow our head coach Luis Regis will be doing a Zoom class as well and time and details about the session will be posted in our Facebook group for members only, if you haven’t joined the group yet, please check the following link https://www.facebook.com/groups/160854339437585

Ethos home workout is also ready for the students who contacted us earlier this week and they will soon be sent out. Hope you all are making the most during your spare time through our group classes, Thaiboxing.online and Ethos home workout program.
