Saturday the 1st of May from 2pm, we will be doing our SRG Sparring Day at the gym and all our members are welcome to participate.

This is a great opportunity to test your skills and have a go in a safe environment that emulates the reality of a real fight. In your corner there will be a trainer assisting you in between the rounds and through the fights and a referee to ensure the fighters safety.

Head gears will be provided but each fighter must provide their own Shin Pads, Mouth Guards, Groin Guard and 16oz Gloves.

At the end of the event we will be heading to La Favela Bondi and your RSVP confirmation is mandatory as we need to organize the bookings.
