It’s almost time for another eventful day at SRG Thai Boxing gym and on the 19th of August (Saturday) we will be hosting an amateur competition in the afternoon (2pm) and a professional fight night from (7pm). Due to these events, our fundamentals class on Friday at 7pm is cancelled and all the classes on Saturday as well.
From 7pm on Friday we will start organising the gym and moving things around to have everything ready on Saturday.
The first event is an amateur competition used as the first step in your Muay Thai journey. Fighters from gym’s associated to MNSW competing in order to gain more experience and climb up the rankings to become professional fighters. At the development day, we will have four fighters representing the SRG fight team. They are Gabriele Bucceri, Michael Retttore, Taro Shimizu and Johnson Luu. This is a Muay Thai Australia NSW event and tickets can be purchased at the front door in cash. Single entrance is $40, school kids $20 and family pack (2 adults and 2 kids) $100.
At night, we have our event, Soot Raaeng Geert fight night. This is a professional fighters only competition and some of the best up-comers and stablished fighters will be clashing shins from 7pm. Doors will be open at 6pm for the general public. General seated tickets are sold out but you can still get general standing tickets via the following link CLICK HERE.
Representing the SRG fight team are Elias Selloum and Adam Kaewphaluek. Elias has been training hard and will work to keep his professional record unstained. Our French fighter had his hardest fight camp up to date and we can’t wait to watch him displaying his style on Saturday.
Adam AKA “Singdam” Kaewphaluek is back in action and this time being the main event of the evening for the first time in his career. Adam will be facing Tuck, who’s a very well known thai fighter out of SPC Muay Thai. Anyone who loves Muay Thai should be excited about this match up.
We hope you are all excited about a full day of Muay Thai on the weekend and can come and support the development of the sport in NSW.
Once again, fundamentals class on Friday at 7pm and all classes on Saturday are cancelled!
