Gym has been closed for a month now and we are following the government rules in regards to the lockdown which was meant to end on the 30th of July but things don’t look great and we might be looking at another extension of this lockdown. Reality is we will keep being productive and positive to keep the Gym and our lives going. We are holding our heads up and moving forward with no negativity around us, we know we are all in the same boat and we hope all of you have been doing well, healthy, sane and active somehow.
To all the members supporting the gym in this tough moment, we are great-full knowing you have our backs. Thank you very much for your support, we truely appreciate it. We can’t wait to resume classes and see your faces practicing what bond us, Muay Thai.
Until then, our zoom classes are on daily and to those who can’t join us in a session, Thaiboxing.online has a gallery with over 100 videos including techniques, solo drills, conditioning workouts and some past zoom classes uploaded for all of you to enjoy.
We are in the process of finishing our online fundamentals course and hopefully it will be soon available to our active members.
