Winter is here and the coldest season of the year always makes classes quieter and people less enthusiastic about joining a new fitness routine. It’s not a surprise, after all it is hard even for the best of us. Who doesn’t like enjoying the comfort of our own homes after a long day at work?
We are also well aware that it takes a lot to start something new and it requires a little bit of encouragement to take the first step so we decided to help you out. Starting next week on the 31st of July until the end of August, all the gym’s first timers are entitled to have a free week trial in any of our classes except the intermediate/advanced and sparring class.

During your free week trial, you will have access to 40 group classes and you are most welcome to train to your heart’s content or more precisely, as much as your legs can endure!
First timers don’t need to feel the pressure to jump in a group class, our instructors will take you aside on the mats and teach you all the basics to make sure you have a good understanding of how our classes work.
