What’s the Plan?
This 5 Week Challenge is going to be a test of your resolve.
You’ll be measured by how often you train, how closely you adhere to your diet, and how much progress you make on your fitness goals, all marked through an Experience Point Reward System.
Featuring team-based challenge workouts, group semi-privates with our world-class instructors, and an assortment of extra activities organised by yours truly, all built around the Unlimited Membership; SRG’s 5-Week Challenge is shaping up to be as enjoyable as it is rewarding!
Muay Thai Skill Development: As always, our amazing trainers are going to be working alongside our members to ensure everybody is progressing smoothly. Alongside the championship-level guidance from Big Boss Luis Regis, expect added support for those who undertake the additional training sessions laid out for the challenge.
Our main Challenge trainers, who are kindly making themselves available on weekends, Krus Kong, Lily, and Luis C. (after his coming fight) are each thrilled to share their knowledge. They are all looking forward to giving their time on Saturdays and Sundays for those who wish to train as a Challenge team.
Diet Guidance: Coach Kristof is the man in charge of our professional’s diets leading into their fights. He will work with our Challengers to fine-tune a generalised nutrition plan that aligns with everybody’s fitness goals for this challenge, ensuring we’re all properly fuelled to face each session and the day ahead.
Focussed Strength & Conditioning: Coach Graeme handles our fighter’s strength and conditioning, both in-camp and off season. Under Coach Graeme’s guidance, this challenge will set workouts that will improve your cardiovascular performance, raw strength, and muscular endurance for Muay Thai. The challenge workouts test you just enough, pushing you physically without overwhelming your recovery. It’s about making steady, sustainable progress over the 5 weeks, and beyond.
General Fitness + Challenge Management: I, Ryan, will focus on making the small details matter. Whether that be with digital support & guidance for challengers, extra strength and conditioning sessions, or strategic fitness planning, my goal is providing you with a streamlined challenge that supports all aspects of your fitness. I’ll be running the check-ins, challenge workouts, and team activities.
We’re not here to promise overnight miracles — these 5 weeks are about setting and achieving realistic goals, supported by your SRG team every step of the way. It’s about your journey, your transformation, and your story of growth, alongside your teammates and coaches.
