Our number one goal has always been to provide great Muay Thai in Sydney with an amazing timetable suitable to all our students. If possible, we would run classes all day non stop, we are not there yet, but with 51 group classes per week, we are confident to have a suitable timetable to even the busiest schedule.
Starting next week, three new classes will be available. These classes are not a replacement but new sessions added to the timetable.
Starting on Monday the 5th of August, sparring will be available from Monday to Friday at SRG. Sparring – all levels for MEMBERS ONLY will be available on Monday and Wednesday at 11:30am.
In order to attend this class, please make sure to bring your 16oz gloves, shin pads, groin guard and mouth guard. This class is open to all levels and it’s open for members only. Sparring ALL LEVELS will be available now on Monday and Wednesday at 11:30am and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:35pm. Beginners sparring is available on Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm and on Friday at 4:30pm. Should we open another one on Saturday as well? Let us know if you think we should have sparring classes available in all our trading days.
A new boxing class will be added to our timetable starting on the 9th of August. James Kostic will be teaching Boxing for Muay Thai and you better not miss out. To those keen to sharpen up their hands in the most affective way to be used in Muay Thai, James will be putting together his boxing background with his Muay Thai ring experience to share all his knowledge on a class available every friday at 5:45pm.
In summary, starting next week, below are the new classes:
- Monday – Sparring all levels (members only) at 11:30am – 12:30pm
- Wednesday – Sparring all levels (members only) at 11:30am – 12:30pm
