- Don’t forget to bring your bottle of water
- Always have a spare towel in your bag
- Avoid training or long walks prior the classes, keep your energy for the Muay Thai classes

- If you are coming from a long and sweaty day, come a bit earlier and feel free to take a shower here at the gym
- DO NOT walk out of the gym barefoot
