It’s been quite a long time since our last lost and found clean up and going through the things people manage to forget at the gym always surprises us.

We wish all our students could be responsible about their training gear but it’s not the case.

As per usual there is a few gloves, shin pads, hand wraps and enough training clothes to open an outlet.

If you forgot something at the gym, please come past and get it on the lost and found before Friday.

On Friday we will remove all the equipment left at the gym and the good things will be donated while the rest is going straight to the bin.

Once again, everything on the lost and found will be gone on Friday. If you think you left something at the gym, hurry up to check and collect.
